Football law requires a deep understanding of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), the Procedural Rules Governing the Football Tribunal, the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, and other related rules, as well as practical experience in international cases.
Our firm is one of the few in Japan with attorneys who have completed the FIFA Executive Programme and hold the qualification of FIFA Football Agent (FIFA-licensed). We are therefore able to handle not only domestic football law matters but also international football law cases.

He serves as legal counsel for several professional football clubs and handles international football law matters.

Attorney at law in Japan

A graduate of the University of Tokyo.
He previously served as a judge in Osaka, Yokohama, Tokyo, and Nagoya. During his judicial career, he studied in the United Kingdom as a visiting researcher at the University of Leicester School of Law, where he conducted research on ADR in the UK. Afterward, he transitioned to private practice as an attorney.
He also serves as a candidate arbitrator for the Sports Arbitration Body and applies his extensive judicial experience to sports law matters.

Completed the FIFA Executive Programme in Football Agency and is a FIFA Football Agent (FIFA-licensed). He has long worked as an agent representing professional football players and has an extensive track record as a researcher and lecturer. His expertise has been recognized by FIFA, and he has been invited to serve as a lecturer for the Executive Programme.
